When you click on the red “download” button, above each cover, you should be prompted to save the image file to your computer.

If after you click on the red “download” button the larger image appears in the right portion of your screen, then simply put your cursor over that image, or click on that image. A small, horizontal menu box will appear in the top left of the image. Locate the image that looks like a “floppy disk” and click there. You should now be prompted to save this image to your computer. (NOTE: This is for Internet Explorer 6.x)
