RAAB ASSOCIATES, Inc.
marketing technology evaluation and selection

About Us

Raab Associates, Inc. provides independent consulting on marketing technology selection and evaluation. Since 1987, we have established an unparalleled reputation for objectivity, thoroughness and integrity. Our Guide to MCIF Systems, Guide to Database Marketing Systems and Guide to Customer Management Systems have each set the standard for concise, detailed information on products in their respective categories. Our business assessment, needs definition and vendor selection projects combine structured processes and rigorous documentation with flexibility and insights gained from years of senior consulting experience. Our on-going research into technical and business issues equips us to present clients with the latest industry thinking and most relevant set of vendor choices.

Raab Associates, Inc. has strict policies to ensure complete objectivity in all its client engagements. Unlike many firms, we do not accept sales commissions or set up alliances with the vendors we evaluate. Nor do we ask our clients to hire us to implement the plans we recommend. These practices allow us to consider the full range of available options for each client, without conscious or unconscious bias in favor of any predetermined solution.

Project Staffing

Raab Associates, Inc. draws on a cadre of senior consultants to serve its clients. We may bring in additional specialists when appropriate. David M. Raab is directly involved in all engagements.
